All care plans begin with a 90-minute Initial Home Assessment (£145 only). Following this, your clinician will recommend whether a structured package or pay-as-you-go sessions best suit your specific rehabilitation goals.
Package pricing shown above applies to visits within 30 miles of Gloucester. Distances beyond 30 miles and complex multi-clinician needs are subject to clinical add-ons and travel surcharges as detailed below.

Travel & Surcharges

Package rates are based on home visits within 30 miles of Gloucester. For visits beyond 30 miles (covering Bristol, Swindon, Wiltshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Oxfordshire), standard travel surcharges apply:

30 – 50 miles +£20 / visit

50 – 70 miles +£40 / visit

Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payment Terms

Single Sessions: Payable at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to the home visit.
Rehabilitation Packages: Packages must be paid in full (or under an agreed 50/50 installment plan) prior to the first session of the package.

Session Rescheduling & Late Cancellations

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for home visits.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or missed visits) may incur a charge equal to 50% of the session fee to cover allocated travel and clinician time.
We understand that clinical conditions can change unexpectedly. Late cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for emergency hospital admissions or acute medical illness.

Package Early Termination & Refunds

Packages are valid for use within a specified period (3-Week packages valid for 6 weeks; 6-Week packages valid for 12 weeks; 12-Week packages valid for 6 months).
Should you need to cancel a package before completion due to medical reasons or changing circumstances, any unused sessions will be refunded. Completed sessions will be recalculated at our standard single-session rates, with the remaining balance returned to you.
